Okay, I’ve been contacted by some who have asked how they post comments to DIANE NEAL ONLINE. Well here’s the answer. To whichever post you’d like to comment, hit the number inside the circle beside the icon of Diane at the bottom of the posts. If there is a zero in the circle, you hit that. It’ll take you to another page where the post is on its own. You scroll down and enter your info in the text fields, then your comment, then hit the submit button. That’s it! Nothing too strenuous to learn and there won’t be a pop quiz.

I’m really overwhelmed by the signatures the petition has collected in just a short period of time. There’s thirty six so far since I put it up, what, two days ago? Keep ‘em coming. We just might get Novak back!

As you’ve no doubt noticed, DIANE NEAL ONLINE has moved to a new domain. I thought that with Diane’s projects all lined up into 2011, I’d move the entire site to a more visible place as well as update the Content Management System. I’ve gone from Cutenews to WordPress, a much more reliable and stable way of controlling the look and feel of the site. I’ve also updated the Gallery with a newer version of Coppermine. It’s a great leap forward for their design and I think it’s neat. Yeah, I used the word neat.

One honourable mention has to go to Christine @ Pinkchaos.org. She has totally taken my breath away with her intuitive design of the new DIANENEAL.ORG. I told her what I wanted, and she more than gave it to me. Her design is just lovely and there are no words I can use to describe how utterly thrilled and for once speechless I am at what she’s brought here. I asked her to redesign my Tamara Obscura @ tamara-braun.com/tamarabraun.org site for me, but for Diane, she’s upped her A-Game. Thank you Christine for once again stepping up to the plate and batting a grand slam (baseball reference dedicated to Diane’s beloved Yankees). I am grateful beyond words.

I’ve created an online petition to hopefully bring Diane back to SVU as ADA Casey Novak. With the news that series co-executive producer Neal Baer is leaving NBC with a new three-year deal at CBS, I’m hoping that this might be the one and only chance in getting Diane and Casey back on the show. It might be a longshot, but here’s hoping it works. So if you’d like to see Diane back as Casey, there’s plenty of time to bring this about with the Christmas break coming and no real decisions to be made in terms of next season until at least March or April at the latest, let’s make our voices heard. We’re tired of the rotation of ADAs on the show. So if you’d like to take part, click on the graphic above and sign the petition. If you post to other boards, please feel free to pass the permalink to this post or the direct link of the petition on. We can do this for Diane.

I have an update to a film Diane has coming out in 2011. It’s called AFTER and Diane’s character’s name is Kat. The film is about keeping secrets and how far one person will go to protect the ones they love. Diane just looks so purty. I love how they did her hair in this. So very lovely.

I have the latest trailer from Diane’s upcoming film SANTORINI BLUE. Her character’s name is Florist, which means she doesn’t have a proper name. However, the trailer does show Diane. She just looks lovely.

I have the preview of Diane’s upcoming episode of NAVY: NCIS where she’ll be playing the part of CGIS Special Agent Abigail Borin. I know it’s been a case of ‘no updates at all’ but with personal life and other stuff, I haven’t had a lot of time to do anything. I’m hoping to get much more of Diane’s work on SVU as well as her films and other things I have in my collection up here real soon. I’m also working on a new design for the main site and the gallery.
