What news!!! Diane has finally found a permanent berth with NICS as CGIS SA Abigail Borin. This means more Diane every week. Article below.
Diane Neal Returns For NCIS Season 12: September 23rd Premiere Date, Plot and Cast News
NCIS character Abigail Borin (played by actress Diane Neal) is officially staying on with the police procedural drama for the upcoming 12th season. Pauley Perrette, who stars as Abby, revealed the cast update in a recent Tweet, along with a picture from the set where they ran in to each other:
“LOOK WHO’S ON #NCIS SET!!! @DianeNeal It’s Abby and Abby!!! Yay! Love!” Tweeted Perrette.
The Abigail Borin character is a Coast Guard Investigative Service member who pops up on a semi regular basis when the plot requires. We last saw her on Season 11, episode 6, when she aided the NCIS crew in investigating a bombing on an oil rig. During the episode she said she’d like to apply to NCIS, which could be a hint for the character in the season 12.
Leslie Hope is also confirmed for more appearances as SecNav Sarah Porter, beginning with an episode entitled “Choke Hold” in October according to TV Guide.
It’s already been reported that Stephanie Jacobsen has been signed as a new regular, playing FBI Agent Leia Pendergast, and new love interest of Tony. Also British actor Adam Campbell will make a handful of appearances playing a young Dr. Mallard in a few flashback themed episodes.
NCIS season 12 premieres on CBS on September 23rd. They released a trailer earlier this week hyping McGee and Gibbs’ explosive trip to Russia that sees them shot out of the sky and fighting for survival.

Like the title says.
NCIS Season 12 spoilers: Diane Neal returning, a brand new trailer & MORE
New information has been released about the upcoming season of NCIS. Diane Neal who has appeared as Abigail Borin on a recurring basis since season seven, will return in season 12!
The character is one of the most popular NCIS guest stars as the Coast Guard Investigative Service member – who is pretty much the female version of our very own Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
Her last appearance occurred in the season 11 episode “Oil and Water” when she helped the team solve an oil rig bombing, while she also hinted that she would like to apply to NCIS in the future. She has the makings of a great team member, right?
Pauley Perrette, who plays Abby, confirmed the great news on her Twitter account, sharing the above picture. So head inside to find out what she had to say and more…
“LOOK WHO’S ON #NCIS SET!!! @DianeNeal It’s Abby and Abby!!! Yay! Love!” the actress tweeted.
‘NCIS’ season 12 spoilers: Diane Neal to return as Abigail Borin
Ready to see another familiar face on “NCIS” season 12? Then you will probably celebrate the following news: Diane Neal will be coming back on the show very soon!
This news was confirmed in a post by series star Pauley Perrette on Twitter, and this appearance will be first first since coming on last year for “Oil & Water.” As for what Neal’s character of CGIS Special Agent Abigail Borin is doing back in this world, that also seems to be pretty easy to figure out. Clearly, there is a case that requires the Navy and the Coast Guard to do a little bit of working together!
Neal is one of many returning characters that you can expect to see on the show at some point this season, as there are already many plans to keep the show tied back to its roots. Not only that, but it’s also been made pretty clear that we’re going to see at least one other crossover with “NCIS: New Orleans,” given that Michael Weatherly has already been in the Big Easy preparing for what is going to be at least one episode of the spin-off show that implements the two worlds very well.
This new season begins on September 23 with “20 Clicks,” an hour of TV that will really work to establish some of the drama of the series very quickly. If you want to know more when it comes to that, our simple suggestion is heading over here, and taking a look at the story.
What do you think about this news, and is there anything in particular that you want to see from Neal on the show moving forward? Share in the comments now, and head over here to get some other TV updates on all we cover via our CarterMatt Newsletter. SOURCE

I have six new images of Diane for you. She was attending the Waterkeeper Alliance Benefit during Day 2 of the Deer Valley Celebrity Skifest held at Montage Deer Valley in Utah. She looked lovely as always. Enjoy. I know I still have to add Diane’s last visit to NCIS, but there’s a lot happening in my life right now that has made it difficult for me to get those done. I also know the DNA MEDIA site is not online. I had to change hosts and it’s been a bitch trying to get all my sites back up and running. It’s taking forever to iron out all the glitches. Please be patient.

My apologies for the lack of updates, however, I’ve been going through a lot of personal stuff that has meant having to be off my online world. I do have some goodies for you though. A couple of event updates for you. I also want to let you know that I know about the DNA Media site being down. I’ve recently changed hosts for that account and due to the personal issues plus having to reupload all the files involved in the site it’s taking some time to get that done. I’m also trying to get Diane’s last appearance on NCIS done and in the gallery. Please be patient while I get things done very slowly. Hey, did I say I was perfect?

There was a round table on the last episode of NCIS, mostly about the good and the bad of the episode. This is what was said about Diane. Feel free to weigh in.
4. Should Diane Neal appear more often?
Steve: I love the character and her relationship with the team – both Gibbs and his subordinates. She clearly meshes well on both a professional and personal level, so yes, I’d like to see her back, and soon.
Matt: Great character but sometimes less is more. Too many guest stars/appearances can lessen their appeal – even if she’s one of the better ones – and dilute the regular team members’ screen time.
Eric: Definitely. She’s terrific, with or without the new hairstyle. Loved watching the guys try to ask her out. I just want to know if she would’ve said yes to either if she hadn’t been in on the joke!

Finally I have the media from Diane’s return to NCIS. Sorry ti took me so long to get this done but I was at the hospital all day and only got home around six. I had dinner to fix and dishes to do. Hope you enjoyed Diane’s episode. I’m hoping the show sees fit to bring her back later in the season. Fingers crossed.
